At a recently concluded meeting of regional and international securities regulators in Buenos Aires – Argentina, Trinidad and Tobago, through the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC), was elected as the third representative of the Inter-American Regional Committee of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) for the period 2012-2014.
In accordance with the Securities Industry Act (SIA 95), the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC) advises the public that the list of persons and entities registered with the Commission to conduct business in the securities market, has been updated as at March 30, 2012.
